Our Return Policy
If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We are happy to offer exchange or store credit but have a strict no-refund policy.
While we understand this can be frustrating, we are an independent brick + mortar store who pay our artisans immediately upon ordering making it difficult to make exchanges and returns once the money is in their hands.
We are happy to cover the shipping costs associated with sending an exchanged item, but all returns are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for any exchanges or returns. All sale items, apothecary (soaps, salves, skincare, incense, etc), and earrings are final sale. If your order has arrived damaged, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue.
